A specially designed disk sintered with natural diamonds and metal binder without any metal core for efficient separation of dies.

• A very thin yet sharp disk that enables precise separation of dies
• 3 different sizes and diameters are available:
  • S61T: 19 mm wide & 0.3 mm thick
  • S61UT: 19 mm wide & 0.15 mm thick
  • S62TW: 22 mm wide & 0.3 mm thick
